In order to access the membership areas of this web
site, members are asked to provide certain personal

to Cuprident.com. We use this information to ensure
account security and uniqueness and to contact a user
in case a problem occurs. Personal information

number are needed at time of registration to verify

Like most web hosting services, our web host compiles
general log files of user traffic. Records in our log

types, internet service providers (ISPs), referring
pages, exit pages, platform types, and date/time stamps.
We use web server log files to administer the site,
to provide broad traffic information for site planning
purposes, and to ensure that our terms of service agreement
is being adhered to. In no way is any personal information
shared or stored in regard to these log files.

Emails
All new subscribers receive a welcome e-mail to verify
password and username. All subscribers receive regular
emails. If a subscription is cancelled, email
addresses are removed from our mailing lists and are
not used for external marketing purposes. At any
time, subscribers may request to be removed from any
and all mailing lists, while still maintaining access
to the web site.
Service Announcements
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly
service related announcement. For instance, if our service
is interrupted for a prolonged period we might send
all users an email message. Users cannot opt-out of
this type of messages, though they can deactivate their
account.
Customer Service
In response to a user's direct inquiry, we will send
email providing assistance with their account or their
use of the web site.

to preserve customer privacy, we may need to disclose
personal information when required by law wherein we
